When you start with a blend of almonds, onion, celery and red peppers you will end with terrific tuna, chicken salad, or spread. Charlie's Choice is great made with cream cheese. Make a cheese ball and cover with more silvered almonds. Serve with crackers.

Bagel Buddy ‘N Cracker Backer: 3 Tbs CHARLIE’S CHOICE ¼ Cup Mayonnaise 8 oz. Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened 1 Can (6oz) water-packed Albacore Tuna Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate three hours or longer. Serve on bagels, crackers, sourdough, etc.

Sandwich Spread Mix: 3 Tbs. CHARLIE’S CHOICE with ¾ Cup mayonnaise and 1 Can Tuna. Proceed as above. Pile on your favorite bread
