North American Wood Parched Wild Rice

Made from locally harvested wild rice, North American Wood Parched Wild Rice is a gluten-free, non-GMO option for a wholesome and delicious grain. Grown and harvested in Minnesota, this wild rice has a unique nutty flavor that will elevate any dish.

Lake and River Harvested 

Rinse 1 cup Wild Rice under cold running water, in a colander, until water runs clear

Drain well. Bring 3 cups of water and 1 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add Wild Rice.

Bring back to a boil, cover and lower temperature to simmer. Cook 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Drain off excess water.
